Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.

Step 2

Combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

What a tasty salad!! I blanched the broccoli and pea pods so they wouldn't be quite so crisp. (DH dislikes crunch.) And used less pasta - I thought i had shells but only had spirals. Was perfect to use up my rotisserie chicken!

A great salad and my son and I both ate every bite on our plates. I served it with ribs, but you could have it by itself for a nice lunch.
