  • 7 ounces cooked chicken (cooked, chopped, 1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced (strips)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
