I let these marinate for 2 hours and the flavor was very nice. I didn't really taste the mustard. I found the rosemary and wine were the dominant flavors. I think I would like garlic in this and will add some next time I make these.

5 stars all the way with this amazing roasted chicken. It was just the two of us for Thanksgiving so chicken it was instead of turkey. The skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was moist and tender.

I made this to serve with a chili type dish and was very happy with this.
