Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to Broil.

Step 2

Sprinkle each 1/2 chicken liver with garlic salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 3

Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each chicken liver piece and fasten with a toothpick. Place on a broiling pan. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 4

Turn pieces over and broil another 5 to 7 minutes, or until chicken livers are cooked through and no longer pink inside.

Step 5

Serve hot.

This were so tasty and full of fatty goodness...I guess with him eating these and his love for peanut butter and banana sandwiches you can't wonder why he left us so early...the hubby and I each had three yummy chicken livers...we hope we get to see another day...but if not they were well worth it...made for "WOTM" tag game...
