Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut chicken into thin strips and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Place onion slices in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute, to soften.
Step 3
Top chicken with onions, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms.
Step 4
Mix all remaining ingredients together, except parmesan cheese, and pour over the chicken mixture.
Step 5
Bake uncovered at 350 degree Fahrenheit until cooked through, 45 minutes to an hour.
Step 6
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if using and serve.
