Step by Step Method
FOR THE WHITE SAUCE
Step 1
Heat half of butter. Add flour. Cook over low heat while stirring until light brown.
Step 2
Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Add onion and all purpose cream. Blend well. Set aside.
FOR THE CHICKEN
Step 4
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Saute garlic and mushrooms in remaining butter. Add chicken. Cook until slightly browned.
Step 6
Add bell peppers, olives, spaghetti sauce and salt to taste. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Add white sauce. Stir once.
Step 8
Sprinkle with parsley.
