Step 1: Heat half of butter. Add flour. Cook over low heat while stirring until light brown.
Step 2: Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.
Step 3: Add onion and all purpose cream. Blend well. Set aside.
Step 4: Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Saute garlic and mushrooms in remaining butter. Add chicken. Cook until slightly browned.
Step 6: Add bell peppers, olives, spaghetti sauce and salt to taste. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Add white sauce. Stir once.
Step 8: Sprinkle with parsley.
