"Some times I add white wine to the sauce. Other times I just drink the wine. Very important to rinse the capers, if not they can overpower the dish."

Oh my goodness this was sinfully delicious. Creamy and Dreamy!!! I used skinless boneless thighs in lieu of the breasts and this worked perfectly.

Totally delicious! I used fresh thyme from the garden and it infused the sauce beautifully. Made it feel quite French. The breasts were tender, juicy and so flavourful! This has gone into my Favvy file to be made again & again! Thanks Pia for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Delicious! I subbed thyme for the dill weed and used a bit less cream but otherwise made this as directed with outstanding results. Served with rice and peas for a very good dinner! Thanks for sharing!
