Step 1

Split your roll and butter both pieces with garlic butter.

Step 2

Place grated cheese on the bottom piece of the roll and then top with the top slice.

Step 3

Place in sandwich press and put down the lid and cook till toasted and the cheese has melted.

Step 4

Remove and cut into desired portions (I cut mine into four).
