"This originally came from Dlife.com, but as with all of their recipes I had to make some fairly major changes in order to make it work. This is called a pie, but it's really a shallow casserole. Don't expect to be able to slice it; rather, serve it with a spoon."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F; spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine broccoli and water in a saucepan; cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, or until broccoli is tender. Drain well.
Step 3
Whisk together egg whites, egg, milk and pepper in a large bowl.
Step 4
Stir in broccoli and cheese.
Step 5
Pour mixture into prepared pie plate and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
