"A great tasty appetizer and so easy. Light and fluffy , to add a little colour and more flavour, cut the triangles in half and stuff a raspberry or blackberry into the cut side. Delicious and everyone loves them."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425f degrees
Step 2
Lightly greese a baking sheet, set aside
Step 3
In a medium bowl combine cheeses, egg, green onion and pepper, set aside
Step 4
On a lightly floured surface , roll out half the puff pastry to a 10 inch square, with a sharp knife, cut partry into 9 even squares, repeat with the other half of the puff pastry
Step 5
Working with once square at a time, place a spoonful of the cheese mixtrue in the middle of each partry square. Brush edges very lightly with water, then fold one corner over to meet the opposite corner, forming a triangle.
Step 6
Press edges together to seal, then crimp firmly with a fork
Step 7
Place triangles on the baking sheet, brush the tops with the second beaten egg.
Step 8
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the tops are golden and the bottoms are nicely browned.
Step 9
Serve hot or cold.
