"Have just been able to get my hands on pre-sliced Monterey Jack and American cheese so have come up with this idea for grilled/pan fried cheese sandwich with a Sizzler restaurant twist to it."

Step 1
Butter one side of each slice of brad and add the add the 2 slices of cheese to make a sandwich.
Step 2
In a preheated pan on medium heat grill one side and on the top of the other sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and when the bottom slice is golden flip and cook the parmesan side until golden.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy, great with soup I would think.
