"This is a delicious Kraft recipe. The lite ricotta cheese is very tasty but not too rich. I cut the recipe back to two servings of 2 roll-ups each. I managed to devour both but my friend was full on one. They are quite filling. I used Classico Tomato Parmesan sauce but use your own favorite sauce. If you wish cut the lasagne pieces into 3" inch strips, roll them and stand them on end side by side and pour the remaining sauce over them. If the rolls do not fit tightly in the baking dish fasten each with a toothpick. This is a great "Meatless" recipe"

This was a great dinner served with a tossed salad. My container sizes were slightly different than the ones posted and I didn't have any Italian seasoning so used dried parsley -- other choices would probably have been better -- but good anyways. I also didn't have the cheese specified and used cheddar -- still delicious! Mine was probably a bit different than the original but still delicious! Thanks for sharing!
