" Yes! This crust is made with cauliflower and it is delicious. It is a knife and fork pizza not a slice to hold in your fingers pizza. I used skim milk Tex Mex grated cheese and I divided the cheese saving a half cup to put on top of the two pizzas. Use what ever cheese you want and use more if you like. Also the toppings are only suggested toppings use your own favorites. The recipe makes two 9 inch pizzas and they are quite filling. The recipe was adapted from "bulletin board" The cook time is all inclusive start to finish. For vegetarian omit the chicken"

Step 1

Remove the stem and leaves from the cauliflower, break the head into smll florets, place them in a food processor and pulse them until they look like small grains of rice. Do not over pulse you do not want them pureed.

Step 2

Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave safe plate and microwave for 8 minutes or place place the riced cauliflower on a large cookie sheet,cover with foil and bake in 375f for 12 minutes, let it cool

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 450f

Step 4

Mix together the cooled cauliflower, 1 1/2 cups cheese, beaten eggs, garlic and oregano

Step 5

On a lightly oiled cookie sheet form the cauliflower mixture into two 9 inch rounds, Paint the tops lightly with olive oil

Step 6

Place in 450f oven for about 15 minutes or until they are golden on top

Step 7

You can continue straight on or make the crusts early in the day and dress them just before you want to serve them

Preheat oven to 450f Whatever topping you want must be pre cooked and added to the crust piping hot. In a lightly oiled skillet stir fry the mushrooms and onion until they start to brown about 6 minutes

Add the peppers and the vermouth, stir fry for 3 minutes, remove from heat and immediately dress the pizza

Step 10

While the peppers are cooking put the pizza sauce on the two pizzas, Add the hot pepper/onion mixture and top with the left over 1/2 cup of cheese

Step 11

Pop the pizzas into a preheated 450f oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted

Serve one whole pizza to each person on a plate with knife and fork Enjoy
