Step 1

Process the cauliflower in a food processor until finely chopped.

Step 2

Place chopped cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until very tender and then drain through a fine sieve, pressing down well with a wooden spoon to remove excess liquid.

Step 3

Combine the cauliflower, egg and the parmesan in a bowl.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan forced.

Step 5

Line a 30cm round pizza tray with baking paper and press the cauliflower mixture firmly into the tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.

Step 6

Top with favourite sauce and toppings and bake in the oven till golden, about 7 to 10 minutes.
