Step 1: Process the cauliflower in a food processor until finely chopped.
Step 2: Place chopped cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until very tender and then drain through a fine sieve, pressing down well with a wooden spoon to remove excess liquid.
Step 3: Combine the cauliflower, egg and the parmesan in a bowl.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan forced.
Step 5: Line a 30cm round pizza tray with baking paper and press the cauliflower mixture firmly into the tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Step 6: Top with favourite sauce and toppings and bake in the oven till golden, about 7 to 10 minutes.
