Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Wipe fish dry.
Step 3
Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a shallow dish.
Step 4
Combine egg and milk in a shallow dish.
Step 5
Dip fish in egg mixture, then in flour mixture, turning to coat.
Step 6
Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
Step 7
Pour the butter over the fish.
Step 8
Top with the almonds, if using.
Step 9
Bake for about 20 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
