  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Wipe fish dry.

  • Step 3: Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a shallow dish.

  • Step 5: Dip fish in egg mixture, then in flour mixture, turning to coat.

  • Step 6: Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.

  • Step 7: Pour the butter over the fish.
