Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in an ovenproof casserole (everything except artichokes).
Step 2
Add artichokes.
Step 3
Bake covered in preheated 375F oven 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Remove artichokes from liquid; put on tray to cool.
Step 5
Cut in quarters.
Step 6
Serve at room temperature.
