Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp.
Step 2
In another skillet, heat butter.
Step 3
Beat eggs, water, chives and salt to taste.
Step 4
Add to butter.

Cook until almost set and add cheese to half, saving some for top.
Step 6
Add tomato and avocado to half on top of cheese.
Step 7
Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top of cheese.
Step 8
Flip lid over and put cheese on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle on pepper.
Step 10
Cover until cheese melts.
Step 11
Add sour cream and green onion to top.
