Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place scraps of cabbage on bottom of roaster to keep from scorching, add your prepared cabbage rolls.
Step 2
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over rolls, adding extra tomato juice or water if needed to completely cover.
Step 3
In covered roaster cook for 2 hours or until done, periodically spooning sauce over rolls.
