  • 24 ounces tomato juice
  • 1 can (14 ounce) tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place scraps of cabbage on bottom of roaster to keep from scorching, add your prepared cabbage rolls.

  • Step 2: Mix sauce ingredients and pour over rolls, adding extra tomato juice or water if needed to completely cover.

  • Step 3: In covered roaster cook for 2 hours or until done, periodically spooning sauce over rolls.
