"I was given this recipe when I was trying to get into college. I like to doubled buttermilk as I love the taste. (I like to use 2 cups as I also like to serve sauce over pasta alongside the chicken."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dip chicken pieces in 1/2 cup buttermilk.

Step 2

Roll in flour, salt, pepper.

Step 3

Bake uncovered 375 for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Turn - bake additional 15 minutes.

Step 5

Blend either 1 or 2 cups buttermilk and creamed soup of your choice. Pour over chicken Bake 15 minutes.
