Step by Step Method

Step 1

Trim fat from chicken and cube.

Step 2

In crockpot first 9 ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.

Step 3

Combine yogurt and cornstarch

Step 4

Turn slow cooker to high and add yogurt mixture along with remaining ingredients.

Step 5

Cook another 10 min or until sauce has thickened.

Step 6

Serve with steamed rice.

I used chicken thighs and did a half recipe which was enough for the two of us. The only issue I had was that there was slat, lemon juice and cream listed in the ingredients but no mention of them in the directions to cook and thought they may have been a replacement for the yoghurt so i omitted them otherwise cooked as per directions and though the flavour was good the chicken was rather dry.
