  • 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Trim fat from chicken and cube.

  • Step 2: In crockpot first 9 ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.

  • Step 3: Combine yogurt and cornstarch

  • Step 4: Turn slow cooker to high and add yogurt mixture along with remaining ingredients.

  • Step 5: Cook another 10 min or until sauce has thickened.

  • Step 6: Serve with steamed rice.
