This was so easy to prepare. It makes quite a bit (I easily could have halved the recipe and still have enough for the 5 of us). It was the consensus among all of us that it could benefit from more herbs though, because it didn't have a very robust flavor. The 1/2 tsp (each) of salt and pepper isn't much for seasoning a full pound of cooked spaghetti. The nutmeg on top was quite a wonderful element, and it helped a bit to round out the overall flavor of the casserole. But even so, we all felt it still needs something more to boost the overall flavor. But for such an easy dish, this is likely to be made again in our home, with the adjustment of including some additional herbs and spices. Thanks, dienia b!
