Step by Step Method
Step 1
Turn the oven to 425.
Step 2
Lightly grease a cake pan of 24 cm in diameter.

Place the phyllo bricks leaves on each other buttering very slightly.

Rinse the broccoli,

Drain and separate them into tiny florets.

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the cream.

Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and broccoli and stir.

Pour the mixture into sheets of pastry and sprinkle with coarsely chopped goat cheese.
