Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions but adding broccoli during the last minute of cooking time; drain; return to pan and stir butter, milk, seasoning packet (from the box of mac and cheese), salt, garlic powder and pepper. let cool slightly.

Step 3

Stir in eggs.

Step 4

Spoon mixture into a 8 inch cast iron skillet and sprinkle with the bacon and cheese.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes and then cut into wedges to serve.
