The ingredients are:
  • 7.25 ounces macaroni and cheese (Kraft, 1 box)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions but adding broccoli during the last minute of cooking time; drain; return to pan and stir butter, milk, seasoning packet (from the box of mac and cheese), salt, garlic powder and pepper. let cool slightly.

  • Step 3: Stir in eggs.

  • Step 4: Spoon mixture into a 8 inch cast iron skillet and sprinkle with the bacon and cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes and then cut into wedges to serve.
