Yummy! What an excellent little appetizer! I only used a small wedge cut from a round of Brie, so it spread all over the dish. But still delicious! I thought I had walnuts and found the refrigerator bandit had eaten them all, so I used cashews. Can't wait to try this again with a crunchier nut! Regardless, loved the flavors of the craisins and maple syrup with the Brie, and we'll be making this again! Thanks for sharing!

What a perfect brie recipe...I used a 1/4 pound wedge piece and it was plenty for 2 people to enjoy...I served it with a sliced baguette...we loved the touch of sweetness from the maple syrup and the crunch of the chopped walnuts...made for "Road Trip" tag game...

WOW! This was very new for us and it was sooo delicious! The recipe is very easy to follow, I made a small change not covering while baking in the oven. Just before serving I made several incisions in the cheese in order to let flow out the melted cheese. The maple syrup makes the dish more delicious and after spooning out out portions we added some more pepper. Thanks a lot, this is a real winner!
