"Here is a quick weeknight dinner I like to serve with cooked vegetables. I have used Panko bread crumbs instead of regular and it makes this a bit crunchier. Both are nice."

Nice chops! I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs which added a touch more herbs. Simple dish that we really enjoyed. Thanks for sharing.

Very good pork chops - we had about twice as many chops but kept the other ingredients the same - it worked out well. Thanks for sharing!

These were so good. I used panko bread crumbs, because I love them. These are really good tasting chops and I really enjoyed them with mashed potatoes, stuffing, chunky cinnamon applesauce and coleslaw. This won't be the last time I make them! Thanks for sharing Bea. Linda

Great flavored chops. All the spices worked well together to make a delicious crispy crust.
