  • 3/4 to 1 pound pork chops (4 thin fast-fry pork chops)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: In shallow dish, mix the flour, thyme, garlic powder, celery salt and pepper together.

  • Step 2: In a separate dish, whisk together egg and water

  • Step 3: Dredge chops in flour mixture.

  • Step 4: Soak in egg mixture.

  • Step 5: Dredge in bread crumbs.

  • Step 6: Heat oil on medium-high in frying pan and cook dredged pork chops until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
