"This is a Kylie Kwong recipe. Simplicity at its best, and this vegetable loving family love this recipe! The key is not to overcook the Bok Choy. Better than you would get at an Asian restaurant!"

Simple and wonderful! So easy to make too. I cooked mine a little over because that's how I like it. I also used olive oil in place of the peanut oil because that's what I had and I also sauted some garlic in the oil and drizzled it over the bok choy. Yum and one I'll make again. Thank you Tisme for sharing. Made it for Billboard tag.

Great little side which we thoroughly enjoyed, the only change I made was to steam my baby bok choy for a couple of minutes and to heat the oil in the microwave otherwise as per recipe. Thank you Tisme, made for Pick Me tag gamed.
