OH YUM! This has been a favvy since I was a child. I used 3 hot turkey sausages which I cut into bite size pieces and browned off. This puffed up beauteously, and satisfied our yen for Yorkshire! Thank you for sharing Bergy! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This is delicious, Bergy, and the directions are very clear.  This makes Yorkshire pudding an every day treat -- no waiting until there's a beef rib roast in the oven. My package of sausage turned out to be the smoked kind, but that didn't keep us from eating every bit with relish. I cooked the sausages in the oven pan while it was heating up, and when the Yorkshire hit the hot pan, it sounded sizzling good and smelled devine.  Next time I'll make sure we have some Italian sausage, and then we'll try meatballs. Since I've always heard that it should be served with brown gravy, I served a small bowl on the side to try. It was good with and without, but I'll save the time and calories next time.

a delicious way to serve our usual turkey sausage, Don loved this casserole and i will definately be making it again. I heated the casserole dish in the 400f degree oven for 10 minutes and poured the fridge cold yorkshire into it , added the sausage and wow did it raise beautifully, the photos don't show how high it was, it started down as soon as it was out of the oven. Thanks for a good one Bergy.
