"Here'a great soup I like to throw together for myself and friends, it's darn easy to put together, you can make it spicy just add in hot pepper flakes or jajapeno peppers, this does have 1 cup of butter so it's a high fat recipe"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine flour and butter at low heat to make a roux. When your roux is lightly browned, add the chicken broth, evaporated milk, Cheez Whiz, beer, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on med to low heat for about 45 min. It will thicken as it cooks. Add in salt & pepper.

Step 2

Spoon into bowls, sprinkle green onion on the top.
