Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 (12 ounce) cans 2% evaporated milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped green onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine flour and butter at low heat to make a roux. When your roux is lightly browned, add the chicken broth, evaporated milk, Cheez Whiz, beer, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on med to low heat for about 45 min. It will thicken as it cooks. Add in salt & pepper.

  • Step 2: Spoon into bowls, sprinkle green onion on the top.
