"This is the easiest and best stir-fry and it tastes good with chicken also, I buy the packaged sliced beef from my grocery store and I double the recipe"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a bowl combine the beef strips with cornstarch until thoroughly coated. (use you hands for this).

Step 2

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes

Step 3

Add vegetables, dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is done.

Step 4

Spoon rice onto platter; top with meat mixture then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

We enjoyed this...I used fresh veggie that were about to go bad...this recipe is an excellent use for them...we loved using an Asian sesame dressing as part of the ingredients...I'm not sure if it was my meat or what but the meat didn't really get to a nice tenderness...next time I will marinate it in the dressing for a bit...thanks for sharing your recipe...made for "WOTM" tag game...

Loved this stir fry! Other than using an equivalent amount of fresh vegetables I made as posted. I enjoyed this so much that I have picked up a package of the frozen vegetables, that way I will be able to make it when I don't have enough time to do a prep! Super easy, super good! Thank you for an enjoyable evening meal.
