Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 (750 gram) package frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed and drained (snow peas, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers)
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Cooked rice (as much as you want to use
  • Chopped peanuts (as much as you want to use)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine the beef strips with cornstarch until thoroughly coated. (use you hands for this).

  • Step 2: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes

  • Step 3: Add vegetables, dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is done.

  • Step 4: Spoon rice onto platter; top with meat mixture then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
