Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the BBQ sauce, beer, mustard, vegetable oil and oregano in a large re-sealable plastic bag and shake mix.
Step 2
Add the chicken seal bag and shake to make sure the inside and outside of chicken is coated.
Step 3
Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Cook in rotisserie oven or on a grill rotisserie until cooked through, the meat thermometer should read 165 degrees when inserted in thickest part of chicken.
