Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (3 to 4 pound) whole chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 bottle (340 ml) beer
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the BBQ sauce, beer, mustard, vegetable oil and oregano in a large re-sealable plastic bag and shake mix.

  • Step 2: Add the chicken seal bag and shake to make sure the inside and outside of chicken is coated.

  • Step 3: Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.

  • Step 4: Cook in rotisserie oven or on a grill rotisserie until cooked through, the meat thermometer should read 165 degrees when inserted in thickest part of chicken.
