Step 1

Rub breasts with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little flour.

Step 2

Sauté in butter 7 minutes each side.

Step 3

Remove to baking dish.

Step 4

Mix above ingredients in sauté pan, scraping well.

Step 5

Strain over breasts.

Step 6

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and broil until lightly browned.

This recipe makes a very tender piece of chicken that's packed full of flavor...the lemon isn't overpowering...the cream sauce adds a nice touch...I used dry vermouth...loved the parm cheese on top...made for FYC tag game...
