  • 2 tablespoons wine (vermouth)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, grated for zest
  • 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rub breasts with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little flour.

  • Step 2: Sauté in butter 7 minutes each side.

  • Step 5: Strain over breasts.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and broil until lightly browned.
