"This is really my daughter's recipe. She makes the very best Banana Bread that I have ever had. It is so moist and has wonderful banana flavor because she uses bananas that are over-ripe and not fresh ones. All ingredients are at room temperature."

This bread is so flavorful and moist! Make sure you use over-ripe bananas. The riper the better! I used lots of nuts. Frosted with Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting and chopped walnuts. Hubs and I love it! PS- If you don't have over-ripe bananas and you want to make this, here is what you do: Throw them in the oven. The low heat of a 250°F oven accelerates the ripening, turning them sweet and almost pudding-like in a mere 15-20 minutes.

Easy as pie and tastes just as good! Loved how moist this bread is. I always have mine with whipped cream cheese and my other half prefers heated with butter, but no matter how you like it, you should try this one!

I added in 1 cup of nuts instead of what was called for because we love lots of nuts in banana bread. It was so moist and full of banana flavor. All who ate it loved it! I spread cream cheese over the top on mine and it couldn't have been better. I baked at 350 for 55 minutes.

This did turn out moist as stated, but was lacking something, flavor-wise. Maybe some vanilla or cinnamon/nutmeg? Also, there was no oven temperature given in the instructions, so I guessed 325F.
