Step 1: Make sure all ingredients are room temperature.
Step 2: Whisk together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar on high speed for 2-3 minutes and then beat in the flour mixture till blended and the consistency of brown sugar.
Step 4: Gradually beat in the eggs; fold in bananas and nuts till combined.
Step 5: Bake in greased and floured loaf pan bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes of till done; cool on rack for 5-10 minutes and then take out of pan and cool on rack.
