Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
In the bowl of a food processor, combine all cheeses, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
Step 3
Pulse until it becomes a creamy consistency and then use a spatula to transfer the dip into an small oven safe bowl or dish.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes (watching closely so that it doesn't burn!) until golden on top.
Step 5
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.
