Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup soft goat cheese (chevre)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
  • 1/3 cup crème Fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 


  • Step 2: In the bowl of a food processor, combine all cheeses, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice and salt. 


  • Step 3: Pulse until it becomes a creamy consistency and then use a spatula to transfer the dip into an small oven safe bowl or dish. 


  • Step 4: Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes (watching closely so that it doesn't burn!) until golden on top.

  • Step 5: Remove from oven and serve immediately. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.
