Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni according to package directions (don't forget to salt water!) and drain well. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, egg, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add cooked macaroni and 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, mixing lightly. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Wait 5 minutes before serving.
