Step by Step Method

Step 1

Set oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

Step 2

In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese with shredded mozzarella cheese mayonnaise, fresh garlic, olives, onion, chopped pickled jalapenos and Tabasco (if using).

Step 3

Spread the mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, then more jalapeño pepper rings. Bake for about 20-22 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Serve hot or warm with tortilla chips or bread sticks.
