Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese (shredded, 4 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing!)
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions (or use 1 small onion)
  • Tabasco sauce (optional, add in for more heat if you dare!)
  • Canned pickled jalapeno rings, well drained (use as much as you like)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Set oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese with shredded mozzarella cheese mayonnaise, fresh garlic, olives, onion, chopped pickled jalapenos and Tabasco (if using).

  • Step 3: Spread the mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, then more jalapeño pepper rings. Bake for about 20-22 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Serve hot or warm with tortilla chips or bread sticks.
