"This is literally such a quick, inexpensive, and easy 5 ingredient dip or spread. But, beware ... it is totally addictive. Serve with toasted baguettes or crackers. It is sinfully so easy."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Baguette ... You can make this ahead and keep in a tupperware container or ziploc bag until ready to use. Nothing fancy here. Slice the baguettes and toast in a 400 degree oven on a baking sheet until golden brown. These days, you can also buy them right at your grocery stores bakery as well. But, it doesn't take more than a few minutes to make them. NO oil, NO seasoning, just toasted. They do NOT have to be served warm.
Step 2
Dip ... Spray a small 6-8" gratin dish with a non-stick spray. Then, crumble the Feta into the dish. Mix the tomatoes with the garlic and top the Feta. If you can't find "Italian" fire roasted tomatoes, add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning to plain fire roasted tomatoes.
Step 3
Bake ... In a 350 degree oven, middle shelf, for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Step 4
Serve ... Squeeze a lemon wedge or two over the dip and serve with the toasted baguettes. Crackers are also very good. ENJOY!
